Muelcakes
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup Buckwheat flour
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 cups water
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. honey
1/4 cup walnuts (optional)
Ground cinnamon (sprinkle on while cooking)
Place oatmeal in blender. Grind into coarse flour. Add remaining ingredients.
Blend well.
Let batter sit 2 minutes to thicken. Blend again for 2 seconds or so. Pour
onto hot oiled griddle. Cook on both sides until browned. Voila!
